How do I cancel an order?

1. Exchange Orders

If you want to cancel an order on the exchange, you go to find the ‘Orders’ tab on the top right of the homepage, click 'Exchange Orders'.

Click the ‘Cancel’ button next to the order you no longer want. Or you can click ‘CANCEL ALL’ if you want to cancel all the orders you set quickly.

2. Fiat OTC orders

Find the ‘Orders’ tab on the top right of the homepage, click 'Fiat OTC Orders'.

Click the ‘Cancel’ button next to the order you no longer want. Or you can click ‘CANCEL ALL’ if you want to cancel all the orders you set quickly.
